national Sebastion Celer, aged 34, of Galloway Road, Bentilee, is accused of
failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sex Offenders
Register between February 9, 2009 and April 17, 2015. Magistrates at North
Staffordshire Justice Centre adjourned the case until May 8 to arrange for an
interpreter.
