magistrates this week after being charged with drink driving, but his case did
not go ahead.
Arturs Lapkovskis was charged
with being over the limit after being pulled over in London Road, Gillingham,
on December 9.
He was due to appear on Monday but
because there was no interpreter at the court for him, his case was adjourned
